I had an interesting morning down in the depths of Honister Slate Mine today. I was taking shots of miners reading as part of National Reading Day for Cumbria County Council. Awesome place, well worth a visit. The hardship the miners must have faced is incredible and the engineering feat for the time is hugely impressive!

I'm now geared up for video production work, it's what I studied at university, and worked in for 2 years after graduation so a return to my roots.

I'm shooting in pro quality 1080i HD and editing on an 8 core mac. I will also be offering motion graphic, colour grading and animation production services.
