About Me
Im a professional, commercial photographer, film maker and location manager/scout based in my native Kendal in the Lake District in the North West of England. I specialise in tourism, food and drink, rope access, aerial, lifestyle, interiors, landscape, travel and architecture.
Having been employed as Cumbria Tourist Board's in house photographer for 3 years, I left to go freelance in 2005 and haven’t looked back.
My client list is wide ranging and includes: Aggregate Industries, Centrica, Boden, NWDA, Hollbeck Ghyll Hotel, Cumbria Tourism, Gilpin Lodge, Beetham Organizaion, Heightec, United Utilities, University of Cumbria, Kendal College, NHS, Lake District National Park, Wella, Boobydoo, Windermere Marina Village, Lakes Alive, Westmorland Ltd., Theatre by the Lake and Scottish Power.
I’m happy to work world-wide on one of commissions as well as managing bigger projects such as multiple-location brochure shoots.

IRATA Industrial Rope Access Photography
As a fully qualified IRATA level 1, Rope Access Technician, I work in natural and industrial environments as a rope access photographer. Working in partnership with expert level 3 rigger/supervisor, Alex Showell of Highline Vision, I can carry out work virtually anywhere .
